Hey everyone! just a quick question, if you live in Kamloops whats two things you would change about downtown and whats two things that you like about it?
One thing I'd change is parking. It's terrible, and Im a little bitter about the prices going up. Also,I think they need to improve the night life, by creating even more multi-use buildings. Especially at night when all the shops are closed, to try and create a safer atmosphere
What I like is how they've made an effort to maintain it with all the planters with communities in bloom & the lights in the trees at night, etc. I also like how they keep the focal point on the downtown core in the summer with music in the park, and other events they've done like Hot Nite. promoting the local businesses, and full circle creating a better down town environment.
